IMPORTANT
Upon successful completion of the quiz please select Hand Hygiene Australia as the Organisation and then the workshop you are attending as the Department.  You do not need to enter an Employee ID number - just click FIND next to that field and then enter your first and last name and click the SUBMIT button.
