Your Organisation does not appear in the list of Organisations

Your Organisation appears in the list but your Department is not in the list of Departments

Your Organisation and Department are in the lists but when you enter your ID Number you cannot enter your Last name or First name

You have entered your Employee ID Number and clicked on Find but the system has not found your name

The name on your certificate is wrong

You cannot find Not Applicable in the Organisation list

 

 

Your Organisation does not appear in the list of Organisations:

Your Organisation has not registered with Hand Hygiene Australia to have your Organisation added to the list.  Please choose Not Applicable and complete the First name and Last name field.  You will be able to print a certificate with your name on it but your successful completion will not be recorded in the Hand Hygiene Australia database..


 

Your Organisation appears in the list but your Department is not in the list of Departments:

Your Organisation has registered with Hand Hygiene Australia , however your department has not been added to the Online Learning Package database.  You will be able to print a certificate with your name on it but your successful completion will not be recorded in the Hand Hygiene Australia database.


 

Your Organisation and Department are in the lists but when you enter your ID Number you cannot enter your Last name or First name:

You do not need to enter your First and Last name. Click on Find. Your First name and Last name will be automatically added into these fields.


 

You have entered your Employee ID Number and clicked on Find but the system has not found your name:

  1. Check that you have chosen the correct Organisation. If your Organisation does not appear in the list, see above for more information.
  2. Check that you have chosen the correct Department in the Department field. If your Department does not appear in the list, see above for more information.
  3. Check that the ID Number you have entered is correct.

If the Employee ID number is incorrect, change it and click Find again.

If your Organisation, Department and Employee ID number are correct, your details have not been uploaded into the Online Learning Package. This needs to be done by the person responsible for managing the Online Learning Package at your organisation. You can still print a certificate with your name on it by choosing Not Applicable in the Organisation field and entering your First Name and Last Name and clicking Submit. Your successful completion will not be recorded in the Hand Hygiene Australia database.


 

The name on your certificate is wrong:

If you have entered your own name:

  • You will need to complete the Online Learning Package again and re-enter your name correctly.

If your name was automatically entered after entering your Employee ID number and clicking on Find:

  • Contact the person responsible for the Online Learning Package at your Organisation. They will need to change your name for you.


 

You cannot find Not Applicable in the Organisation list:

Not Applicable is the first item in the list. Scroll to the top of the list to find it.
